with all the bad reviews commenting on how bad this office is, while this office makes completely insecure arguments tells me this office is not a win win at all. w/3.7 million people living in ME 16 percent on Disability, so that makes only 2% of the cases this attorney won. First of all you never provided me with any extensive advise previously Mr. Goldsmith with one minute phone call. Well you can call that Free advise thou. Again, Lawyer? I didn't have a lawyer that was representing me. so where did this come from? You never evaluated my case so I don't know where this is coming from either. Again, What anger? just stating the facts. You Nailed it, 95% of your cases compared to thousands you denied or dismissed. What I do not understand "why does an attorney office takes the time slandering and writing a book on clients he denied, dismissed, that commented on the web.

Mr. Goldsmith has been extremely helpful with answering all of my questions pertaining to short term disability. He has taken the time to explain answers to my questions all through email and without fee. He has taken the time when other attorneys I called would not. I would definitely recommend him to others.
