I decided to go with Mr. Shafto for my bankruptcy after having a very nice conversation with him on the phone. I had sent an inquiry online and he got back with me right away, unlike many others that I had submitted requests to online as well. I simply can't say enough good things about this guy. I put off calling him for the longest time, until a friend of mine, who had worked with his as well, finally gave me the push I needed. He was extremely compassionate and helpful, and made the whole process surprisingly smooth.
