This review is for attorney Ryan Lizanecz. He is professional, empathic and a powerful resource because he is very familiar with local municipal law and land use issues. He was willing to meet me where I am and offer options based upon that and my budget. Five stars.

The firm did not do their homework at all. I use to live and run my business in a town they represent, a letter I received from them stated I owed the town for personal property tax for my business where I lived. The years there claiming I owe the town, I no longer resided or did business at that property. Now the firm (Jensen Baird) I'm sure wants money from someone, and the town they represent wants money for me having my small landscaping tractor I use for my business when I no longer lived there. I'd coarse I paid the town for the years I lived there, I really had no choice. The 6400$ a year property tax I was paying to live on my 1.25 acre property wasn't enough, they wanted another 234$ plus dollars for my small tractor to park there. It's a bummer that firms have become so desperate they need to take on petty work on such as this. Hopefully they feel proud of the gratifying justice there providing Sullivan Custom Stone

Do not recommend.
