Matt is honest and hard-working and most importantly very fair and understanding the first lawyer I met that has been like this. Hopefully I won't need him again.

Matthew and his team were wonderful. I was looking for a lawyer who was able to keep things civil and respectable while also providing results on my behalf with my sons best interest at the forefront while keeping clear communication with me along the way. They accomplished just that with quick responses and in depth knowledge. Co-parenting is hard and stressful enough, do yourself a favor and get a team like Govan Law offers!

Matthew and his paralegal failed to do literally anything productive in my case. The very first day they conceded to anything and everything that was asked for without challenge. They have failed to acquire documents, failed to assist in contacting third parties, and now after being removed from my defense continue to fail in providing me the documentation i paid an arm and a leg for them to acquire. Not worth a single penny in legal defense but Matthew seemed like a nice guy. Not 300/hr nice but I'll give him 2 stars for courtesy. His paralegal, however, has none and was rude from the very minute she was involved.

Matthew and his paralegal were the absolute best from the very first meeting to the last. Very straight forward and honest, worked with me on everything I needed help with even with a 3hr time difference, I definitely felt at ease knowing he was handling my case. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know.
