Neil and Carol are folks I would trust implicitly with any legal matter. Neal is very knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly efficient and quick. I receive constant communication from both Neal and Carol and have used them several times without any hiccups. Highly recommend Neal.

Mr. Weinstein has been our attorney for years, both personally and professionally. We've received excellent service from him and his personable staff. They represent us and our business well. Definitely the person you want in your corner for any legal matters. A top notch team!

Their office failed to follow up with me. I routinely checked in via email about the status of the case and was giving no information and was even told that is not unusual for a client to have to follow up on their case. In addition, the one time I was at his office, but he claims it was multiple, he was wearing shorts and loafers. His office area was dirty and cluttered. I immediately asked for a copy of my file and was told that everyone was on vacation and it would be sent out the first of the year. In February I emailed again and had to go pick it up and was charged $30! I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason. If you do use him, save every email!

Do not use this attorney. Drag there feet .there paralegal only works 3 days a week. Waist of time. I hired another law firm to get the job done. Mr Weinstein can't afford the upkeep on his office. First impressions mean alot, when you walk into a run down building. You should question yourself, is this the attorney for me.

Extremely unprofessional, called him to discuss a case in good faith and he threatened me to repossess my furniture, didn't believe we were paid ahead, gave us an illegal 7 day notice, and told me I'm not entitled to a jury trial per law. Should stay in criminal law and leave civil law alone.
