Elyse is a top tier attorney. She is impressive. Don't let her warm and kind tone fool you.... She is an absolute savage. She is the most prepared person in the room and if she is in your corner you're lucky. For me it wasn't about winning... no one wins in family court. she navigated the BS. She defended against nonsense allegations and she stuck too the facts and delivered the best representation money could buy. She was clear and honest on what I could expect and my daughter was always the focus. I would recommend her 100x over. You may find an attorney as good as Elyse but I doubt you find one better.

Elyse recently represented my brother in a divorce case and the experience was tremendously disappointing. There were several aspects that fell short of our expectations. -Court Representation: The courtroom representation was not as robust as was required given the extreme nature of the divorce. The case wasn't presented with the level of expertise we expected, resulting in an outcome that left much to be desired. -Communication Style: Elyse was condescending and patronizing to my brother and our family, which made the already stressful situation even more difficult to navigate. Effective communication is crucial, especially in legal matters, and a more empathetic approach would have been appreciated. She came across as polite at first, but was quick to condescend and not fully listen to my brother and our family. -Time and Attention: Elyse did not dedicate sufficient time and attention to the case. On more than one occasion we were meeting with Elyse late on a Sunday night to prepare for a Monday morning court appearance. This should have been planned for weeks leading up to the dates. My brother felt like a number and one of far too many clients she was working with. -Lack of Empathy: Unfortunately, we felt that Elyse lacked the necessary understanding and empathy for the emotional aspects of the case, particularly concerning the well-being of the children involved. -Outcome: It was clear the opposing lawyer was far more prepared and proactive in representing her client, and it showed in the final outcome of the case. This case was not treated with the seriousness it deserved. In the end, children were deprived of time with their loving father. We expected a much more thorough and compassionate approach to our family's legal matter. Choosing a divorce lawyer can be the most important decision of your life. Please take this honest review as a cautionary tale to not hire Elyse.

Elyse has been extremely professional, very knowledgeable in family law and has provided me with exceptional guidance throughout my journey. If you are looking for the best in the area, look no further. Nobody wants to be in these situations but when we have to there's no one else I would want representing me.

Elyse is smart, professional, patient, kind, and courteous. She was always direct and responsive. I absolutely could not have asked for better representation.

Would not recommend under any circumstance. Intentionally dragged out the divorce process on multiple occasions. Was not only unhelpful in anyway when all I wanted was to be with my two young daughters half time, she undermined me on several occasions. In my opinion she did worse than nothing for me as there are several examples where she actually worked against me.
