I was involved in a bi plane crash while sight seeing in Bar Harbor. I was referred by my first lawyer after he determined my case was more complicated than his office could handle. Tim and Chuck were very kind and extremely helpful with my case. They communicated constantly any updates and were always available when I had questions and concerns. I didn't live in Maine so all our meetings were virtual or over the phone. It was a 5 year process but they helped me hold on even when I felt like there was no end in sight. They were trauma informed which helped immensely. They advised me thoroughly about my rights. Chuck and Tim helped me get the compensation and closure I needed. I was so impressed with Daniel Kagan's comments on behalf of his clients during a recent Maine Calling program discussing traumatic brain injuries. His advocacy for patients rights was so nice to hear, as sometimes that gets lost in our medical world today.
