Katherine, Krista, Derek, and the rest of the team at Bierwas Law are just fantastic to work with. I was having a very difficult time dealing with the unjustness of a court ruling that was preventing me and my kids from being together as we should, and Krista was just what I needed, when I needed it. She didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, and I respected that, but she always followed it up with compassion and empathy. Even when I was in a bad spot and dropped in unannounced a couple times! Katherine and Krista had keen insight into navigating through some tricky circumstances, and we made it successfully, WITHOUT actually having to go back to court. A settlement out of court was the best result for everyone that could have been hoped for, especially my children! And saved probably a year if we had needed to go to trial.
