Called to see if he could help with an issue and he gave me all the information and contact numbers of who I would need to speak to to help our situation since it wasn't completely what he covered. Very respectful and polite. Immediately when I called I spoke to the attorney himself.
Scheduled a consultation - law firm was a no- show and the reception staff was clueless and couldn't remember me scheduling. It seemed like a call center was relaying messages to no one. Would not trust this firm with the simplest of tasks. They are a waste of time, unorganized and unprofessional.
