In April of 2023, I lost my mother due to medical negligence and I trusted her case with this law firm. I should have known things would go awry when my lawyer was changed out of nowhere. The lawyer they assigned to my case, Amanda, fell very short when it came to my case. I lost my mom in horrific way due to the hospital's negligence, and my case was treated like it was a last thought. I barely received updates unless I called. She did not read any details from the statement that I submitted and misrepresented my case. When my case was closed after judgement and I asked for the documents to be mailed to me so I could appeal it with another firm, Amanda sent the documents several months later to where I only had two months to appeal. The treatment my case received and the lack of urgency caused much distress to my life and I am left to pick up the pieces after not being able to appeal due to HER incapable abilities as an attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. Please do your research to find a firm that actually cares about its clients and doesn't treat their case as a last minute thought.

The firm was very good with my mothers case. Continued to give updates and information provided professional support throughout. My mother's necessities were covered with high professional standards. William and staff kept mother relaxed informed and comfortable throughout the long legal process that they accomplished. I will continue to work with the law firm should another need arise.
