Jon agreed to a preform a service, asked me to send over the information then never sent a way to pay. After emailing to check in, I never received a reply so I called his office to which his assistant told me Jon was on vacation. There is no problem with vacation or not preforming a service but just say that instead of nothing. Close to a month wasted with Jon and his office.
