Price McNamara is an excellent attorney for private disability lawsuits. We hired him after having won the initial "own occupation" benefit with a different lawyer. Once the company cut off my husband off after "any occupation" started, that lawyer declined further representation, partly because he predicted we couldn't win under any occupation. After a long and painful nation-wide search, interviewing many very unpleasant lawyers, we found and hired Price. During our appeal to the company for "any occ," Price had some unique yet 100% permissible ideas for stacking the evidence file so that if we ever had to sue, there would be solid testimony for the judge about my husband's limitations.
