Price McNamara is an excellent attorney for private disability lawsuits. We hired him after having won the initial "own occupation" benefit with a different lawyer. Once the company cut off my husband off after "any occupation" started, that lawyer declined further representation, partly because he predicted we couldn't win under any occupation. After a long and painful nation-wide search, interviewing many very unpleasant lawyers, we found and hired Price. During our appeal to the company for "any occ," Price had some unique yet 100% permissible ideas for stacking the evidence file so that if we ever had to sue, there would be solid testimony for the judge about my husband's limitations. We won that appeal and have been able to maintain benefits despite the disability insurance company being awful to work with and cutting off benefits one other time. Price and his staff been pleasant and reliable to work with, despite being out of state for us (but in the same federal court district), and he gave us good advice over the years about IMEs and what usually happens in cases like my husband's. We never felt he was rushed in talking to us, despite our detailed questions. One other major perk is that he charges 1/3 of the benefit, but only until he makes his fee! So after three years, we paid our debt completely. My advice is for you to hire Price McNamara as your disability lawyer!
