I'm a client of Mr. Blake Jones through my neighbor referral who now is a present client. When i first sign paperwork of representation we never discussed a fee and now I'm being blacked balled. My neighbor Ms. Mary is being charged 33% and they are charging me 40% and and they have no signature of me agreeing to that price. Because i could have went back to my I borrowed against my money like $1900 due to me being in a domestic marriage. I have 2 bad disc in my back due to my car accident and I'm in a bad place now due to my husband. I lost my job due to my husband messing up my car. I'm not asking for a hand out i just want what is mines. i have gotten the run around that the insurance company progressive had mailed my check to the wrong suite number twice all cause. Ok fine so I asked them can they just cut me my check and let me done with this well Mr Jason said we don't have a great working relationship due to me being accused of acting hostile about a well known insurance company like progressive keep making the same mistake,we don't have a good working relationship but i borrowed$1900 well i have no problem paying what i owe just don't try to scam me out my money that I'm trying to start my life over with but they have other clients that deals with progressive and my check is the only check missing in action because I'm not agreeing to 40% when it was a referral and she's paying 33% and i never sign a document where i agreed to that...
