Basically an Unethical city official (prosecutor) that I found evasive and professionally incompetent. (He swore & nortarized compliance with a court order discovery, when he had not.) A real disappointment in meeting this type in our legal system and going up against this type; but I was happy to beat him in court. I am not an attorney, but clearly he unabashedly prosecuted an unlawful case, and then acted like a brat when he slammed docs on the table after he lost. I would sue him , but alarmingly these fellas have absolute immunity!
