UPDATE: Erin did reach out when all was said and done. I do believe she is a good attorney evidenced by her case outcomes. The issue appears to be a communication problem between her and her subordinates. Those issues can be worked out. Growth and the ability to recognize where we go wrong is what leads to impactful change. This is a strong firm and I value the good they have done for the community. My accident happened on a Saturday and by Monday morning I was on the phone trying to find legal representation. I chose Baggot and McCall. Fast-forward three weeks, I still did not have an attorney assigned to me for my personal injury. When I finally did have one, I did not know the attorneys name. Many emails with the investigator went unanswered. Knowing I was dealing with PTSD from an 18 wheeler pulling me under and totaling my car, I deserved a response. When I fired them, I received an email from one of the attorneys stating they are cancelling my medical appointment. I had just completed an MRI and XRAYs the week prior. Last time I checked, I am 100% responsible for my medical bills per the paperwork I signed at the doctors office for my first visit a few weeks prior. But this was a follow-up appointment to review the results of the high-dollar imaging I just had done. I can understand cancelling the medical appointment if this were my first, but this was an important follow-up, this was my healthcare. What benefit or purpose did that serve? It was unethical to say the least. By the end of it, the firm could not find the humility to apologize for my experience with their firm. I needed an advocate so I found one and it was not Baggot and McCall for me. This is my experience.
