First impression upon arrival at Galloway Jefcoat Law Firm: very clean, serene waiting room, and a smiling, warm greeting from receptionist. Was promptly seen the four times I had appointments there. Jacqueline Becker was the attorney assigned to my case and I could not be more pleased. She was always very professional, with a calm, reassuring and friendly demeanor. Her assistant Erin was wonderful as well. Any questions or concerns regarding my case were answered in a timely manner and if I left a message my call was usually returned the same day or early the next morning. Mrs. Becker would update me as the case progressed and she would explain in clear terms anything I was unfamiliar with. The judge in my situation ruled favorably on my case and am certain that much of that decision was due to the help I received from attorney Jacquelyn Becker.
