Mr. Armbruster improperly prepared an affidavit of heirship and was informed of such in April of this year. It is now August, and in the past 4 months I've been promised resolution at least 10 times. Absolutely zero progress to this point. I've given my phone # after every conversation, with zero phone calls returned. I've been given excuses and "we can't disclose that information" when I've asked what they've done to remedy this situation. I'm giving 1 star because I can't give zero.
