Do not recommend. She does not return phone calls. Paid her with a check, not only did she pass my check through the bank, but also processed as ACH & took months to get a refund. She recommended a plea, stating certain programs were available. No programs were available & when you called to inquire, she had no answers & never returned another phone call. I was warned she takes on too many clients, so she doesn't give you the proper attention.

Honestly, I do not recommend her at all or her partner. I've signed the contract; made many many calls with NO answer for a week; no answer, FINALLY after 3 weeks, we had a call but NO answer or resolution to our situation. Brea ( who has been okay to talk with) will let me know someone will call you back....an again, we wait. Contract was cancelled and believe it or not; the other attorney, who is WORTH the money-filed and finished our case within 6 weeks. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I consulted with Teresa King regarding a domestic violence and property damage charge of which I did not feel I was guilty. I have little experience with due process so she took ample time to educate me on the nature of the charges, the potential penalties associated with them, what my rights are, and what would need to be proved in order to be found guilty of the things of which I was being accused. She also extended her local experience and expertise dealing with the attorney charging me and the judge to give an idea of what their actions against me might look like. It was a no-cost consultation to me but she was very giving of her time and resources which she seemed more than happy to give so long as it didn't interfere with her paid clients and obligations. With her counsel I was able to go before the court confidently and enter a plea of not guilty, and to continue not accepting even as I was offered lesser and lesser charges, until ultimately the court chose to dismiss the case altogether. To have someone listen without judgment and still make me to feel as though I had a voice in the situation was invaluable to me. If I thought my situation warranted legal representation I would have 100% hired her and I would highly recommend Teresa King to anyone in need of legal counsel and local expertise.
