Ron Austin Law completely lied and strung us along for over three years in my wife's Phillips case. They mistakenly sent a letter to her home address stating that her husband is deceased. My family was listening on speaker phone multiple times, with them telling us she would be in the second upper tier. That means $80,000. Then they said the least she would get was $10,000. Then they said that $4,000 was the least. Now, after four years of jumping through hoops and doing everything they asked for, we get an email that she doesn't qualify for anything. My wife used the recalled machine for over two years, and we provided medical records stating she inhaled fibers from the recalled filter. I have been in the medical field for over twenty years and have had to watch my wife have breathing problems, and I have provided documentation. We never got a formal apology for the letter stating that I was deceased. She has been dealing with this for years, and they totally failed us. Plus, they did not return our phone calls
