My accident started in February of last year I have been communicating with the lawyer and cooperating with the lawyer ever since I literally have to call her for case status she doesn't call or email me at all I have been patiently waiting on any negotiations not only that I am in the process of moving out of state and this is ridiculous I don't get any calls or anything about the case status or nothing and every time I call for the lawyer they say she is not available and take a message and she never calls me back at all I would also like to know why she decided to go into a lawsuit instead of regular settlement I have yet for someone to respond to me

Sent an email to them 2 weeks ago and never got a reply to a question I had or a reply on which way to direct me for issue. I say if you don't have time to reply to a simple email then you don't have time for your clients and that is never good for business. As to cases they have worked or done. I have no clue to if they are good or not, but ignoring someone email makes me wonder if they would actually ignore them if I was to hire them for my attorney they don't come cheep you know, so you got to make sure they care enough for you before you hire them...
