I will never believe reviews again. (Tenants Rights) Initially he oversold himself, similar to a comissioned sales person. Gave false timelines he never lived up to. I believe he never planned on seeing this through. He knew my lease was up in December. And purposely would have updates with no new information, while charging $250 for each conversation. Majority of the money he made off my case was those wasted phone calls. He almost never responds to emails. And is always "out of the office". He can takes WEEKS to reply and will say things like "I was at lunch", for TWO WEEKS? That was a very indulgent lunch. This man stalled my lawsuit, missed important details, had me collect evidence he never planned on using. And failed to inform me once he filed said lawsuit, the defendant only had 21 days before DEFAULT JUDGEMENT. Not only that, he did NOT fully play all fees for the lawsuit. And next he tried to siphon money from my balance. Posting proof below. Checkout how the August balance suddenly is missing $1000. Lawsuit filed in July would have had a July or August default judgement. And the best plot twist is due to his neglect, the slums I needed him to sue, FLOODED. And after MONTHS of e-mails, he decides to reply ONLY to my termination e-mail. Never acknowledging prior e-mails. And the the difference between the office @ robert @ excuse is BS. You are in the same office and feet away. Not to mention you never expressed that when I expressed e-mails were too much and phone calls only. Thanks to this man, half of my belongings are gone. Thank you Mr. Marrero, you're amazing. It seems he is not a TENANTS RIGHTS specialized attorney. His niche is bankruptcy. But with these behaviors he will need his own service, because the law sees everything.
