We lost a case over 5 years ago to a woman who failed a drug test, proved she had been brainwashing a child per the court ordered psychologist (documented), many violent and racist stories were demonstrated, her alcoholism demonstrated and to add to it the woman had been arrested for beating the child only 4 months before being awarded custody of her and not once did this attorney use this in his favor. I've been trying for a month to contact the lawyer that I've paid for, Walter Gerhardt, and I have only managed to speak to his assistant who seems to be loosing her patience with me each time I call to leave a message for my lawyer to call me back. I have yet to get a call back or even an email form my lawyer himself all I get is a rude voice on the phone when the assistant realized its me calling again I don't know if it's because I only have a small child support case or what all I know is that I pay him just like everyone else and I feel disrespected
