I don't complete a lot of Google reviews. Honestly, this is actually the first one I believe I've ever done. With that being said, I honestly do not think there is a better law firm to represent you during a wreck settlement case. They are kind, treat you like a person and not someone to make money off of, and they make sure each item is communicated to you in a timely manner. They also answer any questions you have without making you feel like it's an "idiotic" question (trust me, I called often to check in and I never felt like a burden). Queener will work to get you the right settlement for your case, and he will explain everything in great detail as to why you are able to get, what he's able to get you. The paralegal (Bre) and the administrative assistant (Sarah) also are extremely nice and will work as hard for you, as I feel they would for themselves. 5/5 on friendliness 5/5 on professionalism 5/5 on you should use Queener law for your settlement case!!

One of the best attorneys that I ever had the privilege to meet and handle my claim. He explains everything in great detail about your case. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. They constantly stayed in touch with me to keep me informed. My biggest concern was about my medical bills. He listed my bills and showed me they were all taken care of. Always thankful for this law office.

Worst lawyer I've ever had. Cost me thousands by dropping the ball. Let the car accident leech over into my flawless credit. All by not doing his job. You ever had to haggle with a lawyer about his rates since he preformed so poorly? The only good part was he admitted he messed up. After my life was troubled deeply by his mistakes. Maybe he cares about his TN office, but not Somerset. If you go to him after this warning, you deserve what you get Edit after response* You can doubt all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that it happened. The fact that you don't remember only reinforces my point about how little we (or maybe just I) matter to you. But let me quote you to jog your selective memory: "I've already reduced my price accordingly, without being told to do so." It was something along those lines as you shoved a piece of paper towards me with our amended agreement--after failing to protect me, my credit, and my family and being called out on it. It was a complete disaster. The worst part was that you did it sitting where my friend Scott used to sit. Loyalty to him is what brought me to you. He refused to charge me several times, saying he loved his vets. I practically had to make him take my money. If he's the standard for a 5-star lawyer, then you, sir, are the benchmark for a 1-star. In the end, we were lucky to get things sorted out when we did. My near death experience translated to such a insignificant sum and I was just happy to have my credit back a year later. I am no better off for knowing you or using your services. Likely would have faired better on my own.

So far so good. The staff is super friendly , and will assist you in EVERY WAY possible. Mr. Henry Queener was highly recommended and I can not wait to meet him while he so graciously works my case. Other Attorneys offices wouldn't even consider listening to the facts before saying no, so I greatly appreciate you and ALL your lovely staff for helping me like they do.

When you walk into the Somerset, Ky Law Office of Henry Queener you are greeted right away with the hospitality like your family. Ever staff member makes you so comfortable and at ease. Mr Queener is a very intelligent man who knows his business and will give it to you straight forward. I recommend Mr Queener to anyone who has been in a car wreck. I know there are people out there who thinks well the insurance offices are being very nice to me. Let me tell you I'm one that thought that.
