Miller & Durham

Hired Wes Durham for divorce representation. He failed to give basic guidance and acted like I should magically know everything I needed to do- like I get a divorce every day. When I pointed it out, he got angry instead of helping. His clerks were rude and even blamed me for their mistakes. He bragged about his own house instead of focusing on mine. And despite me arriving 15 minutes early, he left me sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I paid for legal support and got dismissiveness, arrogance, and wasted time. Retiring or not, clients deserve better. To make matters worse, Mr. Durham delayed releasing my case file after I terminated services until I threatened them with contacting the Kentucky Bar Association, dragging out an already stressful process. I was expecting a refund, however, they wanted to charge me even MORE than what I'd already paid. His final invoice was padded with excessive charges- $75 for a single summary letter and hundreds more for redundant 'review' and 'emails.' Even basic client communication was billed as though it were complex litigation. After I disputed the charges, the firm only waived the remaining balance when I made it clear I was ready to involve the Kentucky Bar Association. That's twice I had to threaten them with the Bar Association, and they caved both times. Beware.

Mr Durham is very intelligent at his craft. He is kind and wise and our experience will be remembered. Thanks also to his staff at the Radcliff office

Look somewhere else! No due diligence Paid $600 for Duhram and Muli to tell me they can't do anything to help me at my court case. If you don't have money to spend then best bet is ask or look somewhere else who is willing to do their due diligence and give you hope for the future lmao Aikae Aikupe

Arrogance draped in anti-veteran sentiment. Would not recommend. Went in for a consult and had to listen to the old guy talk mad trash about disabled veterans. Pretty ballsy for a military town lawyer. Will not use him after that.

Mr Durham is extremely unprofessional. He's supposed to be standing in for my hired attorney Mr. Miller who is on vacation and when I was attempting to ask questions about my case, he kept saying I don't know or interrupting me when trying to speak. When I asked who I needed to send my files to, he just kept going on saying that I didn't hire him to be a "complaint's department". This has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I have court in an hour with no one giving me the help I paid for. EDIT: Just got a call back from Mr. Miller about this review. Instead of reaching out to apologize for the actions of his partner, he decided to make a claim of me "attacking" his business when in reality I was expressing my concerns about being yelled at and being made to feel as if paying them gave them the right to talk to me sideways. As a person who has been in the customer service field for years, the treatment I was receiving was unacceptable. He did however state I would receive a full refund of the money I paid.
