Overall, we were very pleased with the service that we received. Andrea was really great at communicating with us and answering questions. I would recommend you highly to anyone. Feel free to have future clients contact us. A couple of recommendations would be: 1. Give potential clients references to satisfied customers. We were very nervous giving that much money to strangers. It would have helped talking to someone who had been through the process with your office. 2. Ask for everything up front. We were asked for 2x2 photos twice during the process. And we were given a list of questions more than once. 3. About the final appointment with USCIS, it would be nice to have information on how to park in downtown Louisville. Not knowing gave me anxiety. 4. Also, tell clients NOT to wear sports gear. I wore the hat of my favorite sports team. And our interviewer was a fan of the enemy of my sports team, haha!

They are very attentive. I am always able to reach them if I need them. They have kept me informed every step of the way making sure I understand every step in my bankruptcy process. Because of them, I am now more confident in building a better future with the tools they have supplied me

The first time I called Farmer & Wright was in July 2025. I was in the hospital terribly sick. I was scared that some of my debt would be left for my children to have to pay that phone conversation Impressed me enough for me to call back later. It matters to have a person on the other end of the phone line that is patient understanding and makes you feel OK cause I felt awful about myself and my debt and then my health I thank Farmer & Wright and the employees that I worked with. Emily, there was another gentleman, but I can't pronounce his name so I won't ruin it, Then Robert and Michelangelo. Everyone that I came in contact with were excellent.
