I tried to get an appointment and the process was ridiculous. The girl who answered the phone transferred me to some other girl who was not nice and was so impatient when I tried to explain how my daughter got hurt. Never got a call back and when I called the girl wouldn't even take my call. I think her name was Diana. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
