I called TJ to see if he could help me l my situation. He then called me and then after hearing about my durian he said that id probably pay him a bunch of money and not get much of results. It was great he was so truthful and that he called me back so quick!

In response to your comment, yes I did leave a one star review. Children were screened at school WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT and I do not consider that to be "nothing". I reached out to you, one of the top medical malpractice/negligence lawyers in Louisville, for help. Not to be laughed at by you and have my character attacked publicly. EDIT. Mr Smith, I did not ask you to "help me sue JCPS" and I made it clear that the free screenings are not the issue. I expressed that those are wonderful services offered for us families within JCPS and I stand by that. My issue is with the procedual safeguards not taking place. (902 KAR 30:180 section 2) You made the first comment on my review, not me. Now you have chosen to make an edit that highly misrepresents me, my intentions and the nature of our conversation. That is character defamation. You appeared to be a well respected lawyer Mr. Smith and again, is the reason I reached out to you.

Calling TJ after our accident is one of the best decisions we've ever made. Not only did he and his paralegal, Rebecca, live up to his promise to "make 'em pay," they helped us navigate a traumatic situation with compassion and kindness.
