I had a simple broken leg. Only, I didn't... I would find out a week after my accident, once the shock had worn off and I went to my primary care physician for issues I was dealing with (as Sheila recommended) that I actually had many injuries to my neck and shoulder that went undetected due to the traumatic event of getting hit by a car as I crossed a crosswalk. The driver had insurance in Indiana (They first tried to deny his policy had been active ), I was in Kentucky when hit, and I live in Minnesota.
