My experience with this attorney was disappointing. I reached out for help with my SSDI appeal, but I was asked to perform tasks that I expected the representative to handle. When I asked for clarification of his role, he stated that he would not be my attorney until I received and signed paperwork--yet refused to send the paperwork, saying he would wait until I was back in town. This left me without clear representation and forced me to seek help elsewhere. I do not recommend this office for anyone who needs prompt, professional guidance with a disability appeal.

We had a scheduled appointment where I would be signing documents. Prior to I had been leaving messages giving updates to my medical situation as it also coincided with a car accident case that is on going. A week before our meeting he called me and told me to stop leaving messages that he wasn't representing me. He got my name wrong also didnt have our appointment written down anywhere. I have notified my injury attorney on the matter

Greg Marks treated my family DISGRACEFULLY. Don't go near him! My sister had a stroke at the age of 52, leaving her physically capable (well, marginally) of taking care of herself - eating, bathing, dressing, etc. But it left her with severe cognitive and social deficits. Her impairments with memory, attention to detail and executive functioning are damaged to the point where she will never be able to hold a job, drive a car (or even take public transportation on her own), or live by herself. We applied for SSDI with Greg Marks in the summer of 2022. We had seen his advertisements about being able to navigate the SSDI application process successfully for all his clients. After we applied under his direction, he refused to meet with us or even speak with us on the phone to update us or answer questions. Sometimes an assistant would call us back if we called him. We were denied SSDI for her, and we appealed, again with Greg Marks as our attorney. She had an interview with a judge after her appeal, and she was denied again. In November 2024, Marks's office told us she had been denied and that he was "declining" to represent her further. They would not even have a final meeting with us to make sense of the denial and direct us to any next steps available. So over two years of paying for his counsel, and now my sister can't get SSDI, Medicaid, transport service, home health care services, or anything that she will need - and that our family cannot afford to provide for her out of pocket. We don't know why she was denied or how we are going to care for her.

Greg Marks is a great lawyer. He is excellent at his job and easy to talk to, making him the perfect man in your corner. I will recommend him to anyone needing an SSDI lawyer. Tracey Walker
