Never did anything but called to ask for help in cases. Nothing beyond this before. called on my home number and it gives a machine telling me they're not taking calls at this time. I called back on my other phone and the call goes through. I talked to the secretary about this, and asked if they wanted to even speak with me and let her hear the call and the machine message. She wanted to know who I was. I told her that they don't need to know who I am to talk about a case. I said when I come in to sign the paperwork after we make an agreement then they can get to know who I am. She then promptly wanted to hang up.
