Mr. Yoder accepted, what he claimed to be, an underinsured-limit on a previously settled case through Hughes & Coleman, then skimmed additional fees from his new PTSD client's settlement, leaving his Client nothing but catastrophic bone injuries and mental anxieties. Then Mr. Yoder motioned to remove himself from representing his new client, Jesse Lewis, and was even questioned by Mr Miller, an intervening attorney attempting to recover the $120,000 hospital bill from Ms. Carlie Hager and the remaining monies from Jesse Lewis' auto insurance. FYI, Ms. Carlie Hager is reported to have over $6.5 million in real estate assets that she inherited from her parents. Mr. Jesse Lewis has suffered terrible pain, tragedy, and anxiety, and was financially ruined in the process, which, no doubt, has led to his psychotic break from either PTSD or an IED, and this has ruined the rest of his life. I dare anyone to experience these level of injuries to their head and body while subsequently losing everything through legal misrepresentation and still remain viably sane. I doubt it could even be done. Mr. Yoder may legally have clean hands, but he's not trustworthy as an attorney.
