Matt Troutman was a very helpful attorney. He exceeded expectations with my case. I had never had any interaction with an attorney after a car accident and had no idea what to do. Matt handled every little thing with my case. I didn't have to worry about a single piece of the puzzle & remained in contact with me throughout the entire case. Let me tell you about my experience with Matt Troutman. My husband was in a bad car accident. First, Matt drove about 4 hours to meet with me and my husband. He did that several times. I was terrified and confused. Matt relieved as much of the burden as he could by dealing with the insurance companies, Medicare, and the hospitals. He spoke to me in simple terms and he would keep explaining until he knew that I understood what was going on. He was never impatient with my many questions and he was so understanding. Every time that I contacted him with a question he got back to me within 24 hours. I often asked him the same question repeatedly and each time he patiently explained things again. He took special care to make sure that I had nothing to worry about other than my husband's health. Matt also got the settlement much sooner than I expected. It is my opinion that finding Matt was a Blessing. He is truly as unlike a lawyer as I could have possibly imagined. He never talked down to me and his fee was reasonable and he always had time for me. I would recommend him to anyone even to my own parents or my children.
