Bussey and Fouts

This is my second review, I deleted my first one after Mr. Fouts threatened to drop my case and sue me for services rendered if I did not delete it. I do not recommend Mr. Fouts at all. He seems very sincere when he promises you the moon just to get your business as he did me and I ended up with crumbs. I wish I had never met him, my life has gone straight down hill ever since, I am living in misery! Every time I met with him he would tell me something completely different then before as if he has severe memory loss. After this circus was over I couldn't even get a statement/bill/receipt for services rendered. When I asked I was told to just come get my file. I swear I would have been better off to had took the insurance company's first offer before I hired him, I would still have my $16,000 that I had in savings that he told me to go ahead and use, don't worry he said, when this is all done you'll be able to put it all back plus some. From the start he said my case was worth 50 to 75 thousand. The insurance company pushed back and then it all changed. After about 2 yrs all I ended up with was $9,000 and an empty savings account, messed up shoulder and a miserable life!!! If you have already hired him I highly recommend you document everything, save all texts and even record all calls and conversations with him if possible, you may need them later.

Mr. Fouts is exceptional. If you need an attorney he's the guy for you! We have had nothing but a wonderful experience while working with him. He has helped us out so much and won us a settlement. We are so grateful for being referred to him! He was very professional and always responded to our phone call or email as soon as he could in a timely manner. Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone in need!

It's been 20 years this past June since my 1st back surgery. I've known Mr. Fouts for 25 years. He has faced workman's comp. and the Judge 3 times and I have won every decision! The last decision involved an IME , the Judge questioned the reasoning of the private medical examiner and the lack of humanity in his recommendation! I had my SSI hearing in 2005 and Thanks to Mr. Fouts, I was awarded disability right then and there while in front of the Judge! Recommendation? Suggestion? For me it's a no brainier! 20 years ago, I was injured on the job ! Mr fouts was a friend of mine and promised to look out for my interest when he took my case! As I look back that was the farthest thing from the truth! He was always hard to get in touch with and when I did the up with him I was always put off real quick! I was always concerned about being able to work years down the road and he continued to say he was looking out for me if I were to get worse and not be able to work anymore, however he persuaded me into a pretty settlement and always told me the case could be reopened, which was a lie!I have went through several more surgeries because of the work injury I sustained! It's always bothered me the way I was treated and I would hate to have othes have to deal with what I have over the years ! I definitely recomend recommend talking to several other attorneys before settling! Dont be sold out like I was!!! I still have a good life , and really can't complain about that ,! but it could have made things a little easier If mr fouts would have actually looked out for my future!

Well I got referred here by a law firm . I called them I mentioned I was seeking help for disability and they hung up on me . I have cardiomyopathy which is heart disease so thank you very much for that . The lady who answered was very rude . I did find an attorney who was very nice and helpful though so I'm the end , it worked in my favor !
