Sands is one of the best lawyers in town. He is always there to answer my questions and give advice, even after hours. His prices are also extremely fair.
Sands & his team of experts went above and beyond! They listen & communicate well. If you want someone easy to work with, years of experience, & problem solving using common sense and understanding; He is your guy! Thank you again, Chewning Law!
Sands Chewning represented Diana Hardick in the purchase of my property in Hopkinsville. Diana later just changed her mind & kept the deposit check (in Sands possession) saying "just sue me". As the attorney, Sands knew that the right thing to do was to hand the check over to the seller for breach of contract per standard real estate law/practice. This was not done as Diana is a friend of the family. I will not sue for $1000, but did want to warn others to be careful when dealing with these two.
Very informative, I should have checked into during him sooner but I was trying to be decent about it. He is a thief and a liar( Tommy Dailey). This lawyer is very nice and gets right down to it, only 3,000
