UPDATE: I have now been with this company for 2.5 years and am very disappointed. They are of zero help when I call/email, I NEVER get a response. The only times I have actually got to sit down and speak with someone is when I had to sign paperwork for them. As well as they stopped automatically garnishing my paychecks to pay their fees, with ZERO notice to me. 5 months later I get a bill for $500 in back fees and a "motion to dismiss" my bankruptcy case. I have been unable to finance a perfectly affordable vehicle due to their complete negligence. I have asked REPEATEDLY now how much I owe them so I can cut ties with their firm once and for all and completely end my bankruptcy... and guess what? Still no response. If you like being ignored and left in the dark, then this company is for you. If you like paying twice as much as you owed your debtors in the long run while being strung around, then this company is for you. .......... They were helpful initially but no one has returned my messages for about 2 weeks now and I keep getting the run-around. In the meantime, I'm paying more the longer that this drags on.

There are not words to express my gratitude. The last 10 years of my life had been spent in debt, fear, and resentment. I felt chained to my debt. No one ever responds. They'll be sure to let you know when it's time to make a payment, but no one ever gets back to you when you have any questions about the service you're paying them for.
