BenchMark Physical Therapy

The therapists at Benchmark were nothing but the best!! They helped me with the pain in my hip by doing strengthening exercises which will keep me from having hip replacement in the near future. Lauren Messenger pushed me to do what was needed to accomplish my goal!! Also, Hats off to Fernando for being such a kind guy with a great smile to start my day as I walked through the door!! If you or anyone you know needs physical therapy please check out Benchmark....They are the best hands down!

Noah was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and very positive. I have been doing my exercises regularly and have not had to go back. Extremely happy!!

I Broke my ankle in January and my last day with Benchmark is Thursday 7/17/25 and They have really been great ppl! And They have got me back to normal and I really feel great when I leave there every time I went.. I am really going to miss going to PT and having them help me out! Keep up the great work Frankfort Benchmark!

I had a wonderful experience with Benchmark, my therapist Dylan was great. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, great atmosphere which made the time go by quickly.

Had pain in my shoulder since Christmas. Orthopedist sent me to Benchmark. First day my Physical Therapist Brandon manipulated my shoulder and I improved 100% the first day. Along with exercises both at the clinic and at home, I left after my sessions free of pain. I definitely recommend Benchmark and their treatments. Thanks to all that work there.
