Tim and his wonderful assistant, Penny, are exceptional! We could never thank them enough, truly! I wish I would have contacted Tim, sooner. They went above and beyond to ensure, that this was a smooth process for my mother. Tim was VERY patient and kind, while also being informative. He truly wants to see, everyone win! We appreciate everything his office did for our family!

Spoke over the phone with tim about my situation.. i never got the chance to offer any type of payment just for him to say he can't help me for at least a year of me being out of work. My response was " so basically i have to go disabled and homeless with my two young children before you will do anything to help" he then hung up on me and refused to speak to me any further. I'm my experience this isnt how lawyers treat people.. This whole interaction was unprofessional and his attitude towards me and his job made it seem like he no longer does this job for the people but for the paycheck.. as i read the other reviews from years in the past, i just wish i got that Tim.. the one who actually cared about his clients..

After a very traumatic time in my life, I was referred to Tim. After 3 years, and me sending many, many emails and phone calls, which Tim never made me feel like I was ever bothering him, we are almost at the end. I cannot say enough great things about Tim and his assistant Penny. They truly care. I pray that I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, I know who I can call. Thank you both for EVERYTHING!!!
