Not happy with this place at all. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They had a worker named Nathan handling my case that was doing an excellent job. We had just discussed that he needed to pull my files from way sooner than he did n that was our next step. After that heard nothing until I called to see what was up n was told Nathan no longer with the firm for whatever reason not my business and that my case was now picked up by Ali. Ok very professional that I got no phone saying g my case was switched and hi Im Ali so I proceeded to catch her up on my casino informed her of Nathan and I last conversation that files needed to be pulled from a certain date. She said if I need them I'll pull them. I wanted to say but didn't if you want a case you will need them. Them Im getting a letter in mail that Im being dropped for not enough info for case bc if she would have pulled those files like I told her we would have it. I called office last week to address my complaint and was told you'll have a call this week to see if we can put you with someone else and still no call. So if you got Ali good luck with your case.
