Don is awesome, he doesn't sugar coat your worst case scenario, but we do need to hear this. If you want to be flat out lied to or treated like a 2 year old baby, you may want to retain different counsel. My advice to those retaining Don; answer his questions honestly and let him do his job. If he doesn't get back to you the same day, DO NOT PANIC! This probably means he is still awaiting an answer himself. Don has represented me personally for 3 different things and every single one of them ended better than I could've ever imagined. I did call him to much during the first case, which I see now, caused the case to drag out and take way longer than it needed to. The very last case was simple, met with Don once...explained what happened. We went to trial within a few days. I had complete faith in Don as my Attorney. I put complete faith in him and I did walk out a free woman. Don is very knowledgeable about the law and if you can put your trust in him, he will do his very best for you.

I had Don represent me for a bogus EPO filed against me. He is a bit pricey, but he is honest and a lion in the court room. He is hard working and I felt comfortable with him representing me. I highly recommend him. And for the record: I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome of my hearing.
