This woman was appointed to my husband's case. According to my husband, when Amy pulled him aside and refused to speak with him in front of me, he told me he asked for help with his case and wanted her to file motions on his behalf because he was not guilty of his accusations. My husband then told me that Amy told him, "If you wanted an attorney that would fight for you, you should have hired one!" My husband felt completely defeated and was devastated. He agreed with everything put in front of him at court that day. This is wrong! Plus I recently found a court document that had Amy Turner checked off and it had to do with this case, but was with the opposing side, and it was dated and court filed an entire year prior to her being appointed to my husband's case. It's just my speculation, but if she was somehow involved with this case in any way previously, she should have recused herself and kept her worthless, unethical legal representation to herself!
