I cannot recommend Cassie enough for her exceptional work as Friend of the Court in my custody case. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to truly listen and understand every detail of my situation. The woman who runs this office, Cassie, should not be in a position of professional authority until she learns how to regulate her emotions. Her demeanor is not just unprofessional--it's aggressively personal, reactive, and frankly hostile. She projects her own unresolved issues onto others, particularly mothers, with a level of misplaced intensity that is both inappropriate and concerning. It's hard not to speculate that she may be struggling with her own identity as a parent, because the way she targets capable, involved mothers is alarming. Rather than offering support or guidance, she tears people down--quick to judge, quick to lash out, and completely unable to maintain composure. Legal counsel requires clarity, stability, and control. Instead, what I experienced was someone unraveling in real time. If this is how she treats clients, I genuinely worry for anyone on the receiving end of her personal life.

While I can empathize with anyone navigating a difficult personal time, I believe it's important to maintain a sense of professionalism--especially when working with others. Unfortunately, the woman running this operation does not seem able to separate her personal turmoil from her interactions. She is undeniably hostile and aggressive, to the point of being confrontational in a way that felt unstable and deeply uncomfortable. Rather than offering support or guidance, she resorted to raised voices, dismissiveness, and unprovoked hostility. What stood out most was how she seemed to carry a personal bias, particularly toward mothers, making sweeping and unfounded assumptions that had no basis in reality. These weren't just misguided--they were inappropriate and, at times, bizarre. It was such a jarring and unpleasant experience that I ultimately had to seek help elsewhere. There's a difference between being direct and being aggressively rude, and unfortunately, she crossed that line repeatedly. Perhaps there's some unresolved inner conflict at play--possibly even related to her own role as a parent--but as a second-year psychology student, I can only speculate. What I do know is that this environment was anything but safe, welcoming, or professional.

Margo is one of a kind, if your in need of representation for a divorce or custody dispute. Hands down I will tell you that you want Margo in your corner. She is patient, honest, fair and she cares. She's the real deal ! She will for sure tell you the truth and not sugar coat anything. Trust her guidance because it's "Valuable" . She is by far one of the best women I have ever met in my life time and she helped me through one of the toughest times in our lives. weather your facing a high conflict custody battle or a divorce. Margo will for sure do her very best to See you through the tough spots and aims for the most favorable out come for your child and your situation. Her moral value and the way she approaches things alone sets her out from any other lawyer I've ever encountered! The very fiber that this women is made of is remarkable! Margo was cut from a unique cloth for sure! Hardin county, I sure hope you know what you have this women is nothing less than the best!!!!she's so very knowledgeable,fair and serves the justice systems to the highest standard! She's Setting the bar pretty high,and I have to say her staff is nothing short of dedicated and organized! Do your self a favor and get the right lawyer the first time around, you won't regret it!

Now that my custody case going on for five years (having Cassie as my lawyer for MOST of it before she ultimately dropped me as a client lol) is now finally over I feel I should write my review! SHE KNOWS HER STUFF.. like, really knows her Kentucky laws and KNOWS WHAT IS OKAY AND WHAT IS NOT in the courts.. for me personally she would email me back even on the weekends. as you can imagine as a parent custody cases are HORRID so I reached out ALOT and she ALWAYS responded to me even if it wasn't quite what I wanted to hear.. weekends, after office hours, and in between her court cases she was absolutely amazing.. she was absolutely right about how she guided me because I followed what she had advised and WON MY CUSTODY BATTLE today.. though she did drop me as a clinic when I didn't listen to her advice lol I can attest you won't go wrong getting her knowledge
