Mr Choat has helped several times over the 10 years that we have lived in Lyon Co! He is one of the most down to earth honest lawyers I have ever known! He had really deserved his retirement

I'm not usually one to leave reviews because we all make mistakes. A mistake can be excused but there is never a reason to be rude and disrespectful to others. I'm a nurse, and by nature, nice to everyone. I am just in disbelief at how rude and unprofessional Mr. Choate was with me this morning while getting a salvage title notarized. If he didn't have time, I would gladly have gone somewhere else. Instead, he cut me off mid sentence and said, " this is a two minute job and I am 5 minutes in, so can you please just sign your documents so we can go on." Then followed with, " you can see I am not smiling, this is a place of business, I have a meeting and we close at 12 today." This was before asking his assistant where to sign the title because he didn't know himself. We were in his office for a total of 10 minutes. We also used Mr. Choate for our home closing documents but we will not return or recommend him again. A little kindness goes a long way.

I was highly impressed with Mr. Choat and his assistant, Levi. They are a great team and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything going on with my case and they were able to answer every question I had with confidence; confidence that you could tell came from years experience. They made me feel welcomed in their office. It was so easy and comfortable to talk to them about my situation, and you could tell that they genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I understood what I was up against. I highly recommend Mr. Choat. He has over 35 years under his belt as an attorney in Lyon County, and he's the full-force you want fighting to defend you.

Lindell is a great guy, very personable, always offering suggestions on best courses of action, and always available to talk about your case. He was also happy to offer 2x the amount of help with my case than the other criminal defense attorneys for less! If I ever have any issues with lying cops in Lyon County again, I'll be going to Lindell Choat first thing.

First of all, great guy. Mr. Choat was an amazing help, I was traveling to TN for a paintball tournament and got pulled over. Little did I know that my license was suspended in my home state. He help me from thousands of miles away to get me figured out before I had a warrant out. But wait there's more, thought I had the date to figure out my court fines but I was wrong, he helped me for a second time. I am very grateful for the help you have done for me Mr. Choat and hopefully will never need to, but I will always recommend him if anything ever happened in KY again.
