Ive had Morgan and Morgan for awhile, so glad I found them year's ago,, very easy to retain, you pay nothing if you win nothing...very confident in Morgan and Morgan...thanks guy's for everything you have done and are doing for me and my family...God bless

My case, involving medical malpractice, was found ineligible for representation by Morgan and Morgan. This decision was made during my initial phone consult. However, they flat out REFUSED to explain the reason for this. If I am to continue to look for legal representation and hold people accountable, this is critical information. But they refused. So I believe they cherry-pick their cases and this case, though it involves pain and suffering and grave emotional distress, nevertheless does not rise to a level that would make them enough profit. Now, John Morgan can come on TV or the radio and SAY that nobody is small or insignificant all he wants to, but do t believe it people. If you damn near died or lost your arm or something, That might garner their interest. But don't come with something that, for the world's biggest personal injury firm, is small potatoes. They will simply say no.

I have tried two different times to get them to represent me with issues they CLAiM to accept, yet they call, waste your time, get a bunch of personal information, then put you on hold for like 5 minutes, and then tell you no. The first case they turned down, I went to another attorney and won. Do yourself a favor, go to another attorney. These guys are looking for simple straight forward cases, minimal work on their part, and the most payout for them. ** to Morgan and Morgan** Do not respond to this to this review with your same old nonsense excuse/ apology.

I went through and explained my whole case. I've really been wronged here. These surgeons have done to me one in particular who left some wire in the wrong place on my ankle and it got in between two pieces of bone. They kept doing all kinds of cleanup surgeries to get little bone fragments and stuff out. Nobody ever found that and when I end up having to get my ankle fused they found that wire in between the bones of my ankle. So it wouldn't have mattered how many surgeries that I had done. Nothing would have helped until they got the wire out from between my bones on my ankle that they had put in the wrong place. I explained the case fully and he told me no through his evaluation. I wouldn't be able to have my case taken by them and I asked him to explain. He wouldn't give me an explanation. He just simply no just according to your evaluation. Okay well what specifically would you tell me that my evaluation didn't show? I mean I've just given you some basic details about my case. If there's anything else you need to know, I have all the paperwork all the medical records. But I was basically brushed off by this guy. This is ridiculous. I listened to the message from Morgan and Morgan and they started with two attorneys and because they had picked the wrong attorney it really hurt them. Well I have the same story and I was told that this company would do right by me but they haven't and that's just as wrong. I would not recommend you to anyone and if it is simply because of this foreign guy who sounded like he was from India, Pakistan, who was very difficult to understand but being polite I tried to say it was a bad connection, just to be brushed off by him. He probably well. I'm not going to speculate but this is wrong. Please do not use this firm because they do not follow through as they say they will. They do not try to help people who they claim is why they got in the attorney business and have stayed in this business to help people. It's a real shame. Also, the person that I spoke with said he was going to send me information about contacting the medical board. I think he said or basically what it was would be a peer review from the medical board that never came to me so he lied about that. This is just ridiculous for a company, a law firm that is supposed to be about the right thing and about following through and helping people. And then at the very least doing what they said they was going to do about providing the information of who I needed to contact. This is unbelievable. They need to terminate this guy. Thank you

Once they accepted my case, it was a nightmare going forward. They didn't return phone calls and missed deadlines which resulted in my case being closed by the other party. I left repeated messages with Morgan & Morgan to inquire about the status of my case. They have not contacted me in over 2 months. I found out the case status by calling the other party. Very strongly do not recommend!
