Hired him to represent us for the lawsuit against the city of Wichita for their officer killing my father, Jeffrey Moss. He made false promises of charging the officer after we agreed to a pitiful settlement. He barely responds to emails and when he does, he doesnt answer questions asked directly. I feel like it was all about making a quick buck. All the information I've gotten from my dad's case has been from the media. Not Timothy. Then I get a cease and decist from the city for sharing evidence. Something I didn't know about or agree to. Definitely would NOT recommend.

I was in a terrible car accident recently and I got hurt and so did my 1 year old son. and I met with a different law firm who basically said that it wouldn't be worth it to hire them on and that I could proceed on my own with the insurance claim. It was such a weight off my shoulders to not have to worry about how I'm going to get it all takes care of. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

NEVER AGAIN.. I am 21 and I was hurt in a very bad accident, but my bueaty was still natural.. I had no law firm at the time, and I had to choose him, he screamed at me when I disagreed with his statement, and proceeded to try to pull my skirt down. I screamed in terror and he covered my mouth, as he tried to pull my underwear down. I kicked him away and I WOULD NEVER go here again..

First off, this is not that attorney that was viral on Tik Tok, they just share the same name. This is an amazing attorney who is genuine in his determination to help you! I would recommend him from here on out.
