Leah explained our options and the process, she was upfront with costs and what we could expect. Her staff returned calls and emails in timely manner. We got the results we wanted in just over 5 months.

My lawyer, other lawyer and the judge were females and they all failed a woman, me, so badly. I was left all alone, Leah had only stopped my talking before trial did not choose smart moves and at the end I could not even go to court with my losses, everything including my psychological and physical health because i was left with money i got from a bank.. Very badly was i left. She only wanted me to let go of everything my family my home, my health my life. I even was ordered to pay rent for staying in our second house which belonged to both parties just a bit ago.. i had to stay in the second house away from kids because i had a court order to stay away from my own house. I saw my son in front of my own house calling him outside. I fell sick badly. She has no ability to defend her own client.

Leaha Gagne is a straight up liar. Not only is she very biased regarding LCM assignments she straight out lied in court. First it was clear from onset of our initial meeting for LCM she harbored bias as I was the father trying to keep custody and move away as opposed to the mother doing the same. Her report was full of statements based on no conversation or questions presented to me, but simple assumptions and absurd twistings of the actual statements I made. During the hearing she perjured several statements that made no sense to anyone with any logic. She also made claims of a phone conversation after our meeting that never took place. BEWARE if you are a male trying to be awarded or keep custody. If your attorney sends you to this liar for LCM refuse to allow her to be appointed. Ask her to permit you to record the session, which she told me "Under no circumstances do I allow meetings to be recorded." (1st red flag, but I didn't know I had any choice at the time.)I have found several complaints on many sites about her and no good reviews. If you get trapped with her take very clear notes of anything said. Rest assured she is taking notes and twisting statements you make.

As a case manager, I would give her zero stars. I find her to be petty, judgemental, and biased. She doesn't take the other parent into consideration at all and I would say is easily manipulated. Not a good quality for a case manager to have. Instead of looking at the big picture she sides with whatever the woman says or wants (yeah she's one of those) I. Her job is to settle differences in families that cannot do it themselves, and she is completely one sided. She should NOT be doing this job.

An absolute bulldog. She will fight for you. Down to earth. Good person. Would absolutley recommend her and have to my friends. I've watched her shred people in court during trial. A+++
