I was walking across the street when I was hit by a car. I ended up calling a local attorney that was well known for winning cases and had billboards all over town. It became clear the case would need to be transferred to Wichita Kansas, that's when they handed the case to Mr. Troy Gott. The young lawyer in Florida who originally handled the case sent a half page of erroneous information. The first thing Mr. Gott did was gather 25 pages of detailed investigation and got the real facts and correct information. The entire time he was in contact with me, making me aware of every step of the process. Mr. Gott was incredibly thorough and what had taken a year and a half with the other attorney, within 3 Months of getting the case file, we were in mediation. We are SO grateful that God sent us Troy and we were able to come to a reasonable settlement in a very short period of time. Would we use Mr. Gott again? In a heartbeat! Incredibly humble, genuine and truthful. He is the lawyer everyone hopes for.

I was involved in an accident awhile back that involved a bus. I was told by a couple people to see Troy and I heard good things about him. I laid out everything about what happened and he assured me that he'll take the case and with what I provided, we would be solid. He let me know early on, that I would need to be patient and to let him work and he'll take care of the rest. Honestly, I was losing my mind waiting for everyone to get on the same page and he kept telling me to be patient. I put the case out of my mind and just left it alone. Out of nowhere, he calls me and says that he got it done. He said he'd take care of it as long as I had patience and that is literally what he did. If I had to do it again and I had a thousand options, he would be the only choice. Troy knows what he is doing and he proves it with the detail in his work and how relentless he was to get it right. Just give him the facts and figures, he will do the rest.

Extremely rude, ableist, and abusive on the phone. Ignores calls. Edit in response to the unprofessional and false statements in response to my completely truthful review: instead of apologizing and showing professionalism and respect, you make false accusations. I was talked at and hung up on when I was about to ask for a referral. Unless you edit your reply to be respectful I am contacting a legal malpractice attorney. Also Parmele was respectful towards me.

Attorneys across the state have benefitted from Troy's hard work. Troy is willing to go the extra mile for his clients and fellow lawyers. I appreciate Troy's willingness to share his knowledge and help his colleagues, myself included.
