I'm sure its a decent law firm, but when it comes to handling collection accounts, your patience will be put to the test. All I need to do is PAY OFF an account that has been turned over to collections. So far I've been waiting 2 weeks to hear back on a settlement offer so I can move forward trying to better my credit. I've called at least a hand full of times to see if the settlement offer was approved or denied. Still waiting.

They are wonderful and have worked with us. I have never been treated poorly. They made a reasonable payment arrangement with us that the company we owed wouldn't do. In a crummy situation, it is great to have these kind people answering your questions and helping you through situations.

Worked with me the last 20 years. Hard to pay bills on minimum wage jobs especially after the rise in cost of living each year. Will never get paid in full because of interest but that is the racket debt pays collectors.

I've worked with them for years. Very professional group who have walked me through collections for my business yet haven't offended anyone at the same time. A real art! I'd recommend them to anyone!

they lie to you and they try to take your money and they don't care if you have any money or not they only want money and if you not have it they take you to court over a Dr bill that was only 200 dollars yet they send you a bill in the mail saying you owe them 500 dollars. not happy with them they deserve zero stars if i could.
