I wish I can give more than 5 stars! Wayne French & Natasha Brown have gone above and beyond for me during my adoption process! Even the people who answer the phones. Especially Matthew. Were so helpful. This has been a very anxious and nerve wrecking time for me but every time I called they all assured me all my issues were being handled. They made sure all my documents were completed and made sure I was set up for success. I cannot thank them enough for all they did. 100/5 stars if google allowed.

Natasha Brown and Wayne French were extremely thorough and caring towards our case. They laid out everything possible and gave us every opportunity to be successful. We are grateful for their knowledge and information.

Wayne and Natasha went out of there way to help with all of our questions and was a very big help and would go back to them for any family troubles they are both very down to earth and if you don't understand what they say in law tongue. just ask them and they explain in layman's terms

I started my Bankruptcy through this agency and have less than a year left of it. Unfortunately I was hit by another driver and my car was totaled out. I have not had any point of contact with these people until it came time to get a vehicle. Being a single mother with no help I need to have transportation to make ends meet. I've been talking to the staff there and on the initial call everything seemed fine and helpful. But after going through the process everything has changed. The paralegal on my case is rude and judgmental, picks and chooses what she wants to hear and then flags me as fraudulent after explaining the situation to her and nothing being brought up at that time. It has since been 2 weeks. The actual Attorney Adam Mack either refuses to call me or the Paralegal Shelby refuses to give him my messages. I am going to lose my job because of an office error they want to pin on me and refuse to help approve the car that meets all stipulations set by the Bankruptcy Trustee. I do not recommend working with these people. They are not here to help, in fact, they are less than helpful and complicate things further.
