After they took my case and gathered all my information, after about 4 months they stopped tesponding to me. It took months of me emailing and calling the office complaining that nobody was getting back to me about some questions I had. They apologized and eventually called me back to say they got my latest email and would call me back the following week. Never happened. The other insurance company of the person at fault, called me 10 months after the wreck to tell me Mr. Bryan never even sent them notice of representation. Finally Mr. Bryan called me to apologize again and inform me that he was embarassed but forgot he was representing me then asked me to resend every single email and form I ever sent before because they had lost 90% of my paperwork. I asked if I would be getting a discount for what he planned to take as fees for inconvininence of being ignored for so long and having to start completely over and he waited over 10 days to reply to me with an answer telling me to just get a different attorney. Worst service ever. Total waste of an entire year.
