Very disappointed in service. Response time painfully slow(months!), charged more for service then price quoted. I am waiting for updated paperwork, but have not received. It has been 3 months since requested. I will update my review if and when I receive the promised paperwork. (all payments have been made.) UPDATE: After polite and consistent emails on my end, I received the documents emailed to me four months after I had written the review above. I do appreciate the documents as I had pretty well given up on them following through on their promise. My contact was mostly with Rachelle, Jim Angell's assistant. He came highly recommended so I'm surprised with my experience.

Kennedy Berkley attorneys are the best in the business. Their work ethic and knowledge set them apart from any other firm I have worked with or encountered.

We filled out an online form seeking assistance with a real estate matter (the buyer of our house was backing out). A response from Klint was received within a few days and communication for the first 2 weeks was what we expected it to be. After that the entire experience left much to be desired. Admittedly this was not life or death and we have no issues being flexible and understanding however after 3 weeks of not hearing anything back I had my husband call (he received a call back within 30 min). I did not feel like I was taken seriously. The price we were quoted was the first bill we received which we paid right away in full, a few weeks later we received another bill for the phone calls that my husband made after my emails and communication was ignored for 3 weeks. When I called to discuss this the staff member from billing admitted to me that we had "fallen between the cracks and we were not organized with your case like we should have been". She then stated she would speak to Klint and get back to me because "we don't want to leave a bad taste in your mouth" that was the first week of May. Since then my husband has called and talked with someone completely different to ensure we don't get anymore surprise bills, I have yet to receive a follow up call (she had ensured I would hear back form her 5/5 or 5/8). We are fully aware that we are not the only people in the world and again were very patient but the lack of communication and follow through has been very disappointing and frustrating not to mention paying $400 more than the quoted price I had previously received. I hope that this was an isolated incident due to circumstances and not how business is regularly conducted.

Decided to retain services with this law firm and was led to believe that they would be representing me in a case. There was very poor communication, always had to reach out to them. Was led on for about a year until about a month before the deadline to file a claim when they decided to tell me they wouldn't be able to represent me. Very unprofessional. I would highly recommend avoiding this firm!
